Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship GLOBALLY.
Q: Where is my order?
A: IF you have not received your order within the specified time frame you can give us a call at (604) 880 - 2829 or better yet email us with your initials, city and state, and the approximate date of your order.
Q: How long does it take to process my order once you receive it?
A: We process and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it.
Q: Is there a chance my order won't make it?
A: Our success rate is 99%. Some mail gets returned due to incorrect shipping information. If you haven't received your order within six weeks, contact us to determine if your order was returned to us. Our privacy policy implies that we will NOT contact you.
Q: How many seeds are in a pack?
A: 10 seeds in every pack, including all feminized seeds.
Q: Are you legitimate?
A: We welcome you to contact any of the companies that we carry seeds from to confirm that we purchase all of our stock directly from them. many of the Dutch companies can be found easily on the internet. If you are a first time and customer and are unsure of our legitimacy we suggest you place a small order to determine if our services are satisfactory.
